• Harassment of any kind — including personal attacks or intimidation — is grounds for removal.

3. Keep It Clean

• No profanity, graphic content, or offensive jokes.

• This is a space for respectful conversation around health and wellness.

4. Share the Space

• Avoid dominating conversations or posting excessively.

• Leave room for others to contribute their thoughts and questions.

5. Stay On Topic

• Keep discussions relevant to nutrition, health goals, and app-related support.

• Do not post spam, self-promotions, or unrelated external content.

6. Protect Your Privacy and Others’

• Do not post private health information, phone numbers, or personal details — yours or others’.

• Respect that this is a public space within the app.

7. Follow Staff Instructions

• Community moderators and admins may step in to redirect, edit, or remove content that violates these guidelines.

• Please cooperate if contacted regarding your posts or behavior.

🛑 Violations

Violation of these guidelines may result in:

• Content removal

• Temporary or permanent suspension from community features

• Termination of your account or membership without refund
